  2. Add a reason for the exchange along with the order.

  3. The return label will be sent via email within 24 hours.

Step 2. Pack it back inside a box.

  1. Place the item inside the original box.

  2. Print out the label or QR code.

  3. Place the label on the top side of the box, left or right-hand corner

  1. Drop off at any USPS Center or schedule a pickup from your location with USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of purchase.

  • Items with defects are eligible for exchange or a full refund upon return.

Shipping & Damaged Packages

  • Packages damaged in transit by the postal service are insured. Customers must file a claim directly with USPS Claims Department.

  • Smart Blanks does not handle postal service claims.
