POUND Return & Exchange Policy

At POUND BRANDS, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  • Defective items may be eligible for an exchange or full refund once the item has been returned and reviewed.

Shipping & Damaged Packages

  • If a package is confirmed lost or stolen during transit, POUND BRANDS will send a replacement at no additional charge to the customer.

  • Replacement eligibility may require verification through USPS tracking or the applicable carrier claim process.

  • Packages damaged during transit by the postal service may be covered by shipping insurance.

  • Customers may be required to submit a claim directly through the USPS Claims Department.

  • POUND BRANDS is not responsible for processing claims related to damage caused by the postal carrier

  2. Add the exchange or return along with the order number.

  3. The return label will be sent via email within 24 hours.

Step 2. Pack it back inside a box.

  1. Place the item inside the original box.

  2. Print out the label / QR code.

  3. Place the label on the top side of the box, left or right-hand corner

  1. Drop off at any USPS Center or schedule a pickup from your location with USPS.
