  2. Print out the label / QR code.

  3. Place the label on the top side of the box, left or right-hand corner

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items with defects are eligible for exchange or a full refund upon return.

Shipping & Damaged Packages

  • Packages damaged in transit by the postal service are insured. Customers must file a claim directly with the USPS Claims Department.

  • Smart Blanks does not handle postal service claims.
